• Your subscription will automatically renew every year until you cancel via the Billing tab in Account Deets. If you decide to cancel your Out the Box subscription, you’ll be missed but you’ll still have access until the end of your current billing period.

• Just a heads up: cos it looks like we’ve got a good thing going on here, we might get in touch with you about other GYMBOX things. 

• Want to check our data policies are as rock solid as our abs? No problem – you’ll find all the info you need here.

• Exercise is not without its risks and this or any other exercise program may result in injury. If at any point during your workout you begin to feel faint, dizzy or have physical discomfort (and not the kind you get in your final round of burpees), you should stop immediately and consult a medical professional.

• GYMBOX does not accept the online registration of minors; please do not attempt to subscribe if you are under the age of 16.
