Frequently Asked Questions

Free Trial & Pricing

  • Your free trial lasts 7 days. If you'd like to cancel before you get charged, you'll need to do this before the end of the free trial period.

  • Of course! If you'd like a monthly membership, simply select the 'MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION' option when you sign up.

  • In the navigation bar at the top of the page, hit 'Account Deets' then head to the 'Billing' button. You can give us your digits there.

  • No problem. Just head to 'Account Deets', press 'Billing', then select 'Change Plan'. From here, hit 'Cancel Membership' and follow the prompts.

On Demand Classes

  • We'll have you warmed up in no time. Just head to 'New to the Box' for a rundown on each category, or pick a category in our Series page where we've grouped handpicked classes together to help get you started.

  • On the 'On Demand' page, click on 'Filters'. Then, on the dropdown under 'Equipment Needed', select 'None'. Voila, class ideas with none of the gear.

Live Streaming Classes

  • No worries, this usually just requires a refresh of the page to kick in and get going.

  • Some classes use equipment, but it’s not a necessity. Just ask your instructor for variations using the chat box - they're always happy to help.

  • Sure! You can give feedback direct to the instructor in the chat box or want to keep it confidential drop us a line at outthebox@gymbox.co.uk

  • As well as our daily Live classes, there is a fresh drop of On Demand content every week. These can be found on the carousel at the top of the On Demand page.
